Safe(er) Online Spaces

Although we’re just a humble zinefest, we acknowledge that the internet is not a safe space. Please feel free to email us with additional resources along these lines.

Crisis Override Network is “a crisis helpline, advocacy group, and resource center for people experiencing online abuse.”

HeartMob.org– HeartMob is a platform where you can report online abuse, connect to a community, and get immediate support.

FemTech.net – This page includes resources & protective measures regarding identities online.

Privacy Duck – This is a website devoted to information about how to remove personal items from the open web. It is a sales-based site (despite free information), but offers discounts for persons experiencing online abuse as well as LGBTQ community members.

Zine Resources 

There are many great zine-related resources. Here are just a few:

QZAP – The Queer Zine Archive Project – This is an online archive of zines (digitized with the consent of every creator), to show the historical and current presence of queer zines. Based out of a physical zine archive in Milwaukee.
